1 – 3 November
A festival jam-packed with incredible music, creative activities, entertainment and camping. This year’s Lost Lands Festival line-up includes Gomez, Regurgitator, Baker Boy, Vika and Linda Bull, Holy Holy and many more.
1 – 25 November
Minis to Mustangs, classics to V8 and F1. The cars, the drivers, the crowds and the circuits – it’s an exhibition of motorsport and a must see.
She is one of Australia’s most impressive and beloved pop exports, she is Amy Shark and she is coming to Geelong!
2 & 3 November
Join Terindah Estate and 17 other exceptional local wine producers at the Pier as part of Wine Geelong's ultimate wine festival, Toast to the Coast. Smooth tunes from live jazz bands will accompany the wine tastings alongside an array of delectable bites available to purchase.
Join Port Phillip Ferries for a unique cruise around Portarlington’s mussel farms. Cruise includes delectable mussel samplings, insight from local mussel farmer Little Mussel Café and spectacular views of the Bellarine coastline.
Central Geelong Shopping Festival and Sidewalk Sales is back and this year’s event is set to be the largest yet with over 200 businesses participating! Businesses right across Central Geelong offer a huge range of special offers and sale items plus there will be pop-up shops, street food, entertainment and so much more.
360Q perfectly use the fun and frivolity of the Spring Racing Carnival for a good cause; playing host to a three-course luncheon with sparkling, wine, beer plus plenty of sweeps and entertainment. $20 of your ticket will be donated to the Ocean Grove Evening VIEW Club to help local children in need via the Club’s support for The Smith Family.
9 - 10 November
Experience the gorgeous blooms of the Victoria State Rose Garden at their best, with two huge days of entertainment and more than 5,000 roses to explore. There will also be tips and tricks to learn from experts in the business, pop-up garden, nursery stalls, wine and beer garden, the always-welcome Prosecco Van and high tea.
A dark, humorous and provocative ‘anti-bonnet drama’ inspired by the rebellion and resistance of the female convicts of Van Diemen’s Land.
15 to 17 November
A local festival showcasing feature films, screen short films and experimental shorts from all around the world.
15 – 17 November
This is Australia’s only national literary event with a dedicated focus on non-fiction writing and ideas. This year’s festival theme – Nyaal (Open Your Eyes). Explore the most urgent social challenges facing Australia and the world.
Sit down to a seasonal and regional four-course lunch, created by the clever and inventive Gordon Culinary School chefs and students. Proceeds from this event will go to the Give Where You Live Foundation and The Gordons Student Support Fund.
The Reel Rock Film Tour, one of climbing's greatest celebrations, returns this November with a new collection of world premiere and extreme films.
21 – 21 November
Geelong Korea Baseball begins its second season of Australian Baseball League action with twenty games being played out of the Geelong Baseball Centre over five Home Series. First off the bat… the Sydney Blue Sox.
22 – 24 November
Hitting the shores of Queenscliff once again and absolutely rocking them is the Queenscliff Music Festival. This year’s line-up includes Missy Higgins, Newton Faulkner, Troy Cassar-Daley, The Cat Empire, Clare Bowditch and so many more!
22 – 24 November
An action-packed motoring festival that is not to be missed. Held at Geelong’s picturesque waterfront, watch the historical quarter-mile sprints and marvel at over 700 classically cool cars. Plus there’s also vintage caravans, vintage fashion awards, music, trade expo area, delicious food and entertainment.

4 – 25 October
Every Friday night in October, boutique winery, Shadowfax will open their restaurant for a relaxed and fun night of live music, great food and wine of course!
Held at Little Creatures, BIG (Born in Geelong) Festival is a celebration of this fabulous region – showcasing Geelong’s best food, drink, lifestyle and entertainment. It’s a massive 10-hour program set to attract an audience of 4,000!
Join Bellarine Railway in your most frightening finery for a ghoulish journey along Swan Bay and some Halloween fun including ghost spotting, Halloween games, best costume contest and photo opportunities.
A musical play exploring the relationship, music and verse of Australia's two favourite poets, Henry Lawson and Banjo Paterson. Performed by veteran actors, Max Cullen and Warren Fahey who artfully sing, recite and banter about yesterday's Australia.
