1915 x Kangaroo Island Spirits Gin Dinner
Kangaroo Island Spirits (KIS) is South Australia's first boutique distillery and was established in 2006. Whilst the distillery produces a variety of liqueurs and vodkas, Gin is the KIS passion.
On Wednesday 1 June, join them for an exciting evening as 1915 collaborates with KIS on a much-anticipated Gin Dinner. Guest are invited to arrive at 6:00pm for a 6:30pm start.
The 1915 x KIS Gin Dinner experience will commence with a welcome cocktail on arrival. Take the chance to speak with special guest host, Kylie Bamfield, General Manager Kangaroo Island Spirits, who will guide dinner guests through the history and flavour profile of featured gins for tasting, leading into a sumptuous four courses of Chef Andy Symeonakis' specially-curated dishes, all accompanied by a KIS drink pairing.
This is a special, intimate event not to be missed, with only 50 seats to be released. Tickets can be purchased via the 1915 website, making a regular table booking for 1 June 6:00pm, and choosing the '1915 x KIS Experience'.
