Terindah Estate’s Italian Night includes:
Entrees: Oyster florentine, prawn gratin with parmesan, garlic and lemon zest.
First Course: roast pumpkin and parmesan baked cannelloni.
Second Course: veal osso bucco, baked polenta
Salt roast beetroot, goat curd, chive and sesame.
Dessert: fried ricotta doughnut with apricot and cardamon, crème pâtissier and pistachio cannoli.
