What’s on: your event guide for October – December

There’s so much happening in Geelong & The Bellarine in the lead up to Christmas, if you don’t believe us – check out the full list of events below. There’s everything from AFLW, to the all-new Polar Express and Geelong Revival. You definitely don’t want to miss out on these!

Toast to the Coast

Geelong’s ultimate wine festival.

Join in for the 20th annual K rock 95.5 Toast to the Coast festival, where the finest cool-climate wines from the Moorabool Valley, Surf Coast, and Bellarine Peninsula converge.

This year, they’re bringing the event to the iconic Little Creatures Brewery in Geelong for a convenient and unforgettable experience. Explore some of the best local wineries with 60 plus wines on pour, along with guest distilleries, and breweries, all under one roof. Savour the flavours and discover your favourites while enjoying live music and DJs throughout the day.

Your ticket includes a four-hour session (morning or afternoon), with the first two hours of complimentary tastings from top producers, a delicious snack of your choice, live entertainment, and a Plumm glass to take home. Additional tastings, and drinks by the glass or bottle will also be available for purchase on the day.

Wonder Children’s Festival

Geelong Arts Centre

Immerse yourself in the magical world of the arts with Geelong Arts Centre’s inaugural Wonder Children’s Festival.

Designed to captivate the hearts and minds of avid arts adventurers aged up to 12 years, the Wonder Children’s Festival will take place across Geelong Arts Centre’s spectacular redeveloped centre. The incredible line up includes:

–  Indigenous dance powerhouse, Bangarra
– A concert extraordinaire from pioneering local children’s entertainers, The Mik Maks
– First Nations dance workshops
– A Tweens disco night
– Create music using real life plants with Playable Streets
– Interactive workshops and installations

Christmas in Geelong – Opening Night

Saturday 11 November

It’s the most wonderful time of the year.

The opening event will start at 7pm at Steampacket Quay, followed by fireworks at 9pm.

The Queenscliff Music Festival once again hits the shores of Queenscliff this November 2023.

Geelong Revival Motoring Festival

Friday 24 November – Sunday 26 November

The Geelong Revival Motoring Festival is an action-packed motoring festival held on Geelong’s picturesque waterfront. Take pole position for the historic quarter-mile sprints, as 300 classic and exotic cars and motorcycles sprint down Ritchie Boulevard at full throttle.

The Geelong Waterfront will be covered with over 800 quirky, valuable and fascinating vehicles that are guaranteed to please anyone with an appreciation for unique vehicles.
