Ceres Distilling Co is Geelong's award-winning Gin and Craft Spirits distillery located an hour's drive from Melbourne and 15 minutes from Victoria's Surf Coast and Great Ocean Road.
Ceres Distilling Co is family-owned and named after the hamlet of Ceres close to Geelong and is a functioning distillery housing five state-of-the-art I-Stills from the Netherlands.
The Distillery Door is open three days a week and guests can taste all the Craft Spirits in the Ceres Distilling Co range. They have a range of gin, whisky and vodka drinks from the bar including gin flights and a decadent range of cocktails including mocktails.
Masterclasses and the unique Spirit Lab Gin Experience are bookable and held by their master distiller. Includes tastings and charcuterie. Spirit Lab you become the distiller and take home your own Gin.
Local beer and wine, coffee and a delicious tapas style menu is available direct from the on site kitchen.
