As part of the Wine Geelong Pinot Affair Weekend 2024, Provenance are hosting an epic night of dining as they celebrate this hallowed grape.
Chef Nathan McIver and Sommelier Liam Tromp have partnered up and created an incredible menu with accompanying wines.
The evening will be an eight-course degustation menu, featuring Port Philip Uni, Great Ocean Duck, and Dama Dama Otway Venison plus all the hyper-local, seasonal, sustainable and ethical produce for which their kitchen is known for.
