2026 Lexus Melbourne Cup Tour at Kardinia Park

From 10:00am to 1:00pm, visitors can enjoy a free family-friendly event featuring the public viewing of the iconic 2026 Lexus Melbourne Cup trophy from 11:00am to 12:00pm, giving racing fans and families the chance to see Australia's most famous sporting trophy up close.

Held outside Gate 1 at GMHBA Stadium, the event will include a range of free activities for all ages, including opportunities to meet retired racehorses, K rock activations, and purchase BBQ food, coffee and ice cream.

Make a day of it by visiting the Geelong Sports Museum, which will be specially open for the event. Museum admission provides access to the museum's engaging exhibitions, including GENERATIONS: Cats Fans. Then. Now. Always., celebrating the stories and traditions of Geelong Cats supporters and Silks, Studs and Stories: Briseis, St Albans and the Wilson Legacy, exploring the region's rich racing heritage.
