Hello Sauna

Welcome to Hello Sauna, where coastal calm meets the timeless ritual of sauna. Located off Bowens Road in Point Lonsdale, our handcrafted wood-fired saunas offer a truly grounding experience. A space to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself and nature.

Rooted in Finnish sauna culture, each session blends heat, rest and the invigorating cool of the sea. Guests are encouraged to move between the 80–90°C warmth of the sauna and a refreshing ocean dip at nearby Springs Beach, creating the natural rhythm of contrast therapy that leaves you feeling lighter, clearer and re-energised.

Choose from communal or private sessions, available for 30 or 60 minutes, designed to suit everyone from first-timers to dedicated sauna lovers.

Our sessions are intimate, social and deeply restorative — a simple, sensory escape by the coast.

Proudly locally owned and operated, Hello Sauna celebrates community, sustainability and wellbeing.

For a limited time, you can also find us at our seasonal pop-up at Batman Park, Indented Head, where the same handcrafted saunas bring warmth and connection to the Bellarine’s northern shores.
