All breads are naturally leavened and made with certified organic flour, fermented slowly for up to 72 hours. Pastries are also 100% sourdough — no commercial yeast — and developed over five days for deep flavour, flake, and digestibility. Everything is made from scratch, in small batches, by a team who care deeply about what goes into every bake.
The Belmont café offers a quiet spot to enjoy breakfast, lunch, a sneaky croissant and a St ALi coffee, or to stock up on nourishing speciality loaves and pantry goods for the road.
