At its heart, Thirty Acres celebrates hand-crafted spirits made from locally grown ingredients, including estate grapes that contribute a unique regional character to their gin. The distillery produces a range of premium small-batch spirits, from classic London Dry gin to creative expressions like Pinot Noir and Shiraz-inspired gins, as well as ready-to-drink cocktails such as Blood Orange Gin & Tonic and Passionfruit Mojito.

Visitors can enjoy tastings at the distillery’s cellar door, where expert staff guide guests through the flavour profiles and production stories behind each spirit. These tastings pair beautifully with house-made charcuterie boards and local cheeses, offering a full sensory experience.
