The music of Queen is set to rock Geelong in a spectacular new tribute production.
One of the world's most electrifying musicals will hit Geelong this February as We Will Rock You takes over Costa Hall for a strictly limited season.
A global phenomenon with a record breaking 12-year run on London's West End and seen by millions worldwide. Featuring a script by legendary comedy writer Ben Elton, with more than 20 of Queen's biggest hits - including Bohemian Rhapsody, We Will Rock You, Somebody to Love, Crazy Little Thing Called Love and We Are The Champions - this production promises a high-energy night of live music, big laughs, power-house vocals, and spectacular staging.
This unique production brings together some of Australia's leading professional musical theatre talent, alongside emerging performers from the Geelong region with the first professional cast member announced Australian Theatre Legend, Chelsea Gibb in the role of Killer Queen.
Backed by a live rock band and super-choir, We Will Rock You delivers the music of Queen as it was meant to be heard - loud, live, and epic. This is not just a musical, it is a complete rock-concert experience.
