White Fisheries recently opened a new purpose built seafood factory in the centre of the Bellarine at Drysdale, a 15 minute drive from Geelong.
Shop from a gleaming fresh fish display filled with freshly shucked oysters, prawns, marinara, crayfish, mussels and a vast array of fresh local fish from Port Phillip Bay.
Developing a reputation for quality fresh fish at affordable prices has been supported by a number of local fishermen over the years and continues to be the backbone of the business.
