Spilt Milk is coming to Geelong for the first time on Saturday 19 December 2026, bringing one of Australia's biggest regional music festivals to Kardinia Park Stadium & Precinct.

After four Victorian festivals in Ballarat, Spilt Milk is officially making Geelong/Djilang its new Victorian home through to 2030. So yes, this is more than a one-off. Geelong is about to become your new December festival destination.

With Lewis Capaldi, RAYE, Kettama, Baby Keem, Maisie Peters, Remi Wolf and DMA'S among the names on the 2026 lineup.

If you've been to the footy here, you'll know the spot. This time, the Geelong Cats will be swapped for thousands of music fans as Spilt Milk makes its Geelong debut.

Getting there from Melbourne is pretty straightforward. Jump on a V/Line service from Southern Cross Station and get off at South Geelong Station, which is just a 400-metre walk from Kardinia Park. There's also exclusive event travel options you can check out here.

Staying overnight? You're close to Geelong's city centre, so bars, clubs and plenty of places to eat are right there when the festival wraps.

Coming from Melbourne? Geelong is around an hour by car, or you can jump on a V/Line train from Southern Cross Station.

Coming from the west? V/Line services also run towards Geelong from places including Warrnambool, Colac, Winchelsea and Waurn Ponds.

For the festival, get off at South Geelong Station, then it's a short 400-metre walk to Kardinia Park.

Driving to Spilt Milk

Driving with your mates? Geelong is around an hour from Melbourne, so it's an easy road trip down the Princes Freeway.

Geelong West, Newtown and South Geelong are still close enough to the festival, with plenty of cafes, restaurants easy access to the city.

Holiday parks give you more space to spread out and split the cost with friends. There's caravan parks and camping sites in Geelong as well as a bunch out on The Bellarine, given it's summer you could spend the next day recovering on the beach!
